Tips for Providing Mandatory HR Training

We need to equip our employees to handle their employee relations responsibilities competently. But, for maximum positive impact and learning, we need to make the training motivational and engaging. What then follows is resentment towards the manager who is unfairly favoring an employee who may not be the most deserving, as well as towards the favored employee who is taking advantage of the situation.
